Thanks for your interest in joining us. We are a World of Warcraft endgame guild on the Burning Legion US PvP server, playing as Alliance.

We are always looking to recruit truly exceptional players. If many of the following apply to you, we would be happy to consider your application:

* 2+ Years of raiding experience in a top 100-level guild, dating back to Naxx 40/early TBC

* Experience leading raids, developing strategy, working on perceptually impossible encounters

* Demonstrable high-caliber PvE play, meaning consistently being #1 in DPS, never (ever) dying to environmental effects, contributing to the learning process through observation

* Demonstrable high-caliber PvP play, meaning achieving Gladiator multiple times, highly rated in multiple brackets, quick adaptation to class and strategy changes

In other words, we are full of talented players who can min/max with the best of them. We want to recruit people who are even better than what we have.

At the moment we are specifically in need of:

Holy Paladin

Shadow Priest

Resto Shaman

Hunter

Exceptional DPS of ANY Class

If you can't provide recent WorldOfLogs parses demonstrating you facing endgame content, please hold off on applying until you can.

Do You Belong in Reanimated?

Before we get started, let's establish a few things:

1. Being able to correctly register for this forum and post an application is a bit of a retard test. If you can't figure it out, you won't fit into our guild. I'm sorry. If you send us a tell in game saying "Hey, I can't apply to your guild" for any reason other than the website is down, don't worry, you've already been denied.

2. We are an endgame guild with relatively mature, experienced players. If you tend to type like you're a 15 year old girl sending a text message, this probably isn't the guild for you. If you're in high school, this probably isn't the guild for you (unless you're a hot, female camwhore, in which case we can't wait for your illegal pics)! See, that's why I said "relatively"...

3. If you have never experienced endgame content in an MMO like Everquest or WoW, you really should start out somewhere else. Sorry, clearing Karazhan and the initial WotLK raid heroics in WoW does not count as real endgame experience. While there are always a few diamonds in the rough, we tend to seriously consider those who cleared most or all of Sunwell in TBC, if not Naxx in classic WoW. That doesn't mean we won't consider you if you haven't, but you'd better have one hell of a well-put-together app and be a solid player.

To be considered for membership in Reanimated, you must:

* Have an intimate knowledge of your class, and an exceptional desire to excel at your class and at the game in general. You should be constantly looking for ways to improve your contribution to the raid, be in via DPS, healing, threat generation, etc.

* Have an above-average reaction time. If you can't "think on your feet" and react to rapidly changing situations, you will not be able to contribute to an endgame encounter.

* Be able to accept criticism and adapt to encounters as we learn them; if your idea of a raid is "I always stand here and cast X" then you're not going to help us and we're not going to carry you.

* Be able to accept criticism without throwing a fit. See above and understand that everybody makes mistakes now and then, and you'll be called on it when you do. Turning emo when this happens is a sure way to get dropped from our roster.

* Be willing to participate in whatever loot system we choose without bitching about it. We are focused on doing what it takes to help the guild progress, and if that means you are not the first on the server to get whatever epic drops, too bad. If that matters to you, we don't want you.

* Communicate well, including on Ventrilo, meaning you must speak English and have a working microphone.

* Be able to raid during our raid times, which are currently Sundays through Wednesdays, from 7 (6 on Sundays) through 12 server time. If you can't make 80% of these raids, you're not going to help us.

In a nutshell, we are looking for talented players who spend the time researching their class and refining their play until they are among the best around. We learn from each other and enjoy the process, which means you need to as well.

How to Apply to Reanimated

Now that the basics are out of the way, if you feel that you'd like to be a part of Reanimated, please do the following:

1) Register for an account on this forum using the "Register" link in the menu below the header

2) Confirm your account by clicking the link in the email that has been sent to you

3) Return to this forum and create a new thread in the format of: "Yourname - Level 80 Class - Role" with Role being optional. For example, I play a hunter, so if I were to apply my thread would be: "Syrio - Level 80 Hunter". If Tweeden were a resto druid, his thread would be: "Tweeden - Level 80 Druid - Restoration" and so on. Again, if you can follow this simple instruction, it will impress us, since 90% of WoW players seemingly can't.

4) Copy the following template into your new thread, filling out all applicable sections. I cannot overstate this: the level of effort you put into your app is directly related to how seriously we consider it. If you write a couple of sentences and leave it at that, we will lock the thread and forget about you. If you want us to take you seriously, you need to take US seriously.
