Keep 5 point Rip up
Keep Rake up
Keep Mangle up
Keep minimum 4 point Savage roar up
If everything is up and Savage Roar + Rip have 8+ seconds left on each
and if you have 50 or less energy then Ferocious Bite
if you have 50 or more, shred then Ferocious Bite
Always mangle after an application of Rip
Pop Tigers Fury on Cooldown
Always use Beserk in conjunction with Tigers Fury
Only Beserk after an application of Savage Roar
W. Beserk Continue regular rotation but spam shred, when Beserk is wearing off reapply mangle, rake, then ferocious bite at the last second.
