Elemental Notes:
Firstly this is for Horde so the hitcap is 289. This set of gear sits at 287. If you were playing Alliance you would most likely change the hit ring for Nebula Band - http://www.wowhead.com/?item=46046 and add some hit gems (Veiled Ametrine) to make up the hit. Put the gems in to replace some of your Reckless Ametrine in yellow sockets. The hitcap for Alliance is 263.
Many people for the Horde list have used the hit dagger from the first boss and replaced Firestorm Band with Nebula Band. I do not like this at all for several reasons. Firstly it means you have to use one hit gem where you would otherwise get some more Haste. The primary reason however is that you lose a lot of Stam and Int by changing the weapon and ring. These stats are often discounted by theorycrafters. Stam for survival and in 3.2 mana has really become a concern for Shamans so having extra regen from Replenishment is not something to discount.
I have also heard a lot of talk about the Vezax trinket being very close to the normal Anub one. I do not agree with this because it's soo hard to value you that trinket when you cannot control the proc. If you get it in your bloodlust it's fantastic and if you get it from refreshing a Flame Shock before you move it's pretty bad.
