Yea I think we all have known this for some time, but is such a small difference I just never cared.

The agility meta is pretty nice because it only needs 1 blue, as it says, but it also scales with raid buffs, and therefore gives additional crit and slightly more armor, which can net a whopping 3 additional ap from Armored to the Teeth and probably .1% crit raid buffed.
I've toyed with changing my meta for a while, and probably next time I upgrade my helm I will use the agility one, simply so I can use another red gem instead of a purple. Really not much of an upgrade, but every little bit helps.
