I confirmed last night that this wasn't live yet (or was being misreported) and today Blizzard posted:
The changes to Aimed Shot and Aspect of the Hawk announced yesterday have not yet been applied to live realms and should not go into effect until after the holiday weekend.
Not sure any of our other hunters even read here but if you do, keep that in mind when thinking about shot selection and rotation.
